Vessels of Honor and Dishonor

Do you believe in the sovereignty of God? Do you believe, as a Christian, that the Lord doeth all things after the counsel of his own will? Do you believe that God is all in all, that Christ is all in all in all things both good and bad? Do you believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has complete control and authority over the events that are taking place in our nation today?

What does the word sovereign mean? It means above and superior to all others, chief, the greatest. It means supreme in power, rank and authority, and it also means to be independent of all others. When God made this universe, He counseled with no one. He consulted with absolutely no one in His acts of creation. In the humanistic pantheistic concepts of God today of the Almighty, it allows everything into Christianity and everybody in because we do not understand that God is sovereign and He creates good, and He creates evil. There are some people in this world that are vessels of dishonor.

II Timothy 2:20 says, ““But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth and some to honor and some to dishonor.” God has raised up these vessels of dishonor to correct us.

God said, “I am, Yahweh Nissi”, the Lord our banner, He’s a God of war. He's a God of wrath when He needs to be and Jesus Christ is coming back King of Kings and Lord of Lords, to sit upon the throne of David and to rule over His kingdom forever and forever.
